Hotel The Dylan Amsterdam gives a Swapfiets to all new employees and starts a special instagram account ‘werkbij.thedylan’.
General Manager René Bornmann of The Dylan motivates the free bike and the insta-account as follows: “As is known, there is a lot of pressure on the market, with a high demand for qualified catering staff. With the “werkbij.thedylan” Instagram we try to enthuse potential new colleagues and give them a look behind the scenes.” 
Bornmann continues: “The Swapfiets is a nice extra for new colleagues with which we want to give them a little push to apply to us. In addition, many new colleagues come from outside of Amsterdam and having a bike in Amsterdam is of course very useful.”
