EST-Floattech moves to new location and doubles production capacity On 13 December, EST-Floattech will move into a spacious, modern building at the De Hoek Business Park in Hoofddorp. “EST-Floattech was founded in Medemblik in 2009, but since then the company has outgrown its headquarters there. To facilitate the further international growth of the company, we have found a new home In Hoofddorp. The location is ideal; close to Schiphol Airport and just off the A4 motorway, which makes it easy to reach from Amsterdam, The Hague, and Rotterdam”, according to Managing Director Niels Groenendijk. With this expansion, EST-Floattech can stay ahead of the growing demand for high qualified energy storage systems. The new facility offers space to double the number of modernised production lines, to ensure fast, reliable deliveries. In addition to increasing the company’s production capacity, EST-Floattech is also investing in a spacious R&D department. “One of the highest priorities in our search for a new building was that it had enough space for our R&D facilities, in order to concentrate on developing our products.” Upcoming year, EST-Floattech will introduce different product innovations, which will enable the company to reinforce its position in making the market more sustainable. As Niels Groenendijk explains: “We’re one of the top-3 players in the global maritime market. The move to Hoofddorp is an important strategic decision in order to maintain our position in a market where the competition never takes a break.” https://www.est-floattech.com/moving-announcement/
