Management and Ponooc finalize sale of Servicehouse & Windcentrale to Coolblue

Management and Ponooc have sold both Servicehouse and Windcentrale to Coolblue – a leading and fast-growing ecommerce company, operating in the Netherlands, Belgium and Germany.

Since 2014, Servicehouse’ founders Dirk Koelewijn & Walter Elskamp have built a state-of-the-art IT engine that is able to handle many and many different energy and mobility transactions. 

Ponooc would like to thank Dirk, Walter and the full Servicehouse team for their efforts in the previous years and congratulate them with this great achievement. Also, we would like to wish Coolblue a very bright future and we will follow their steps with great interest.
